Every order is fulfilled through Printful, which keeps inventory lean and pricing honest. Production and delivery windows can vary by product and destination, so the experience here should set expectations clearly instead of hiding them behind vague promises.
Shipping & Returns Policy
At Rogue Rail, all of our products are printed on demand through our fulfillment printing partners. This means each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Please review the following policy before placing your order:
Shipping Timeline
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill before they are shipped from our printer’s warehouses. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. While shipping times vary, there is a possibility that the product may take over 3 business weeks to deliver. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Out of Stock Items
Because our products are fulfilled on demand, inventory availability is subject to our printer’s stock at the time of fulfillment. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options, which may include choosing a different item, waiting for restock (if applicable), or receiving a refund. Please note that stock availability is beyond our direct control, and we are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to out-of-stock items.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Since each product is custom-made for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, or other preference-based reasons. Please double-check sizing and product details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with our printers to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
